Thailand-first closed pilot

Translation calls that help different-language speakers talk by phone with more confidence.

Linguji starts as a Thai-English pilot, but the product is being built as a phone-first communication layer for speakers who do not share the same language.

Install path

This first build ships as a PWA.

Testers can open the web app on mobile and add it to the home screen without using an app store. That keeps the pilot fast to iterate while we validate the actual call experience.

See install stepsNative app later if mobile-web limits justify it

Initial presets

Language-aware context starts simple.

General

Everyday information, store calls, and routine requests.

School

Schedules, classes, forms, pickup times, and school admin questions.

Appointment

Booking, rescheduling, confirming times, and follow-up details.

Roadmap posture

Build for the pilot, not for every future market at once.

The current web scaffold is optimized to validate call flow, trust, and mobile installability first. Telephony and realtime orchestration can plug into this shell next.

1

Closed pilot first

Start in Thailand with invited testers, outbound calls only, and no audio recording.

2

Measure real conversations

Track comprehension, confidence, retry rate, call completion, and end-to-end latency.

3

Expand after proof

Use the same core stack to move into paid MVP and later cross-border pilots.
